Fall Class of 2022!

This 8-week group mentorship opportunity gives you the education, resources, guidance, and support you need from your mentor to make the lasting changes to how you approach night shift so you can feel better and stick it out!

Plus, you are NOT alone! Group mentorship is the best way to connect with and learn from others who are living on the dark side with you.

When does class start?

This 8-week structured group mentorship will begin Monday September 12th and end on Sunday November 6th, 2022, with an orientation week to occur September 6th-11th.

Ashleigh Kaminski, MSN, RN, CCRN

Ashleigh is a certified NICU nurse by night and your night shift mentor by day. She has been working nights since 2014, turning down the transition to day shift in 2017.

Through her passion for night shift and routines and her expertise with using our body’s natural rhythm, the Flip the Shift Method was born!
