It’s designed specifically for the night shift nurse (or healthcare professional) who is ready to pinpoint the what’s stealing their energy, leaving them with that constant hangover. You do the tracking, I do the rest!
How it works in 3 simple steps:
First, you do some tracking.
You’ll get access to a super simple tracker. Use it to log the basics of your daily life for 1-2 weeks as you work your normal schedule- energy levels, sleep habits, nutritional intake, and wake-up/wind-down routines, etc. Then you’ll send it on back for me to review!
Next, I get to work!
Once I get your tracker back, I personally review it within 2-3 days. I’ll be looking at your unique patterns & rhythms, watching for hidden energy drains, and noting where some immediate changes could be helpful.
Then, I send you your Routine Snapshot.
After going through your tracker details, I put together a short, simple summary with 1-3 realistic, actionable steps you can implement right now to boost your energy and improve your sleep.
